At Saul Original Art, each limited edition print is produced with care, hand-signed, and prepared for safe delivery. We aim to ensure every collector receives their artwork in perfect condition.
Processing Time
All orders are prepared and packaged within 5–7 business days.
This includes:
- Quality check
- Signing & numbering
- Wax-sealing for APs
- Protective packaging
During collection launches, dispatch times may extend slightly due to volume — thank you for your patience.
Shipping Within Australia
Orders ship from Sydney, Australia.
Estimated delivery time:
- 2–7 business days for metro areas
- 5–10 business days for regional areas
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide.
Estimated delivery times:
- 7–21 business days, depending on destination and local customs processing.
Import duties, customs fees, and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and may vary by country.
Packaging
All prints are:
- Packed flat using rigid protective materials
- Wrapped to prevent moisture and surface damage
- Clearly labelled as art prints — do not bend
We take every precaution to ensure safe transit.
Tracking
All orders include tracking.
Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days at:

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
