Refund policy
At Saul Original Art, all prints are produced in limited editions and made to order. Each piece is created with the highest level of care, hand-signed, and wax-sealed for authenticity. Because of the nature of limited edition fine art, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.
Returns & Exchanges
We only accept returns if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To be eligible, please contact us at sauloriginalart@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once approved, you may be offered:
- A replacement print (if editions remain), or
- A full refund to your original payment method.
Items must be returned unused and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Change-of-mind returns
- Items damaged through improper handling or storage after delivery
- Limited edition prints that are not defective
- Gift cards
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you are located in the European Union, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase.
However, this does not apply to items that are made to order or limited editions, which includes all prints sold by Saul Original Art.
This means our prints are exempt from the cooling-off period unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
